Fraud Operations Intern

Shopee的運營管理團隊負(fù)責(zé)運營端到端流程，從買家搜索Shopee平臺上列出的商品到買家收到商品的那一刻。 該團隊分析和監(jiān)控整個地區(qū)的運營KPI，并在運營績效波動時進行根本原因分析。 運營團隊包括客戶服務(wù)，支付，商品，倉儲，物流，賣家操作和合規(guī)。

崗位職責(zé)

Investigate fraud cases and analyze data relating to fraud statistics

Work with stakeholders to identify & report new fraud trends or MO, system issues, from daily report investigation to initiate preventive measures.

Perform front-end checks and investigations to identify the risky seller.

Perform basic user KYC for Seller Program Onboarding

SOP Review, enhancement & automation.

Learn the online marketplace business operations.

Identify and analyze eCommerce business models

任職要求

Having knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a must

Having knowledge of Data Analysis will be a plus

Curious to learn about Fraud & Operations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good team player
